The bus system

Is not as reliable as other methods of transportation. It's been a
late week.

Santa Ana

From the end of June through July I'll be tutoring in Santa Ana. This
leaves me with only 3 weeks of unemplyment in August before the school
year starts up again.
It is a 50 min drive with minimal traffic. Luckily, it's from 8 to
noon. Luckily also, they will give me a one hundred dollar stipend for
the month, covering almost half my gas usage. Luckily also also,
Daren, my roommate has the same job, in the same city, for the same
period of time, with the same 'gas' stipend. Carpooling plus the
stipend will almost eliminate our need to pay for gas.
Still.
We don't my random checks from family. Ahem - thanks mom and Steven
for covering my medical bills. Ahem - thanks dad and Annie for buying
me new clothes. Ahem - thanks Chelsea, Dori, Bri, and Nancy for loving
me so.

Eventful

It's been a good month.
After a few 'things' I'm back in my rhythm of studying.

Do you play an instrument?

"I used to play the saxophone... I'm pretty good with an electron
microscope! That's considered an instrument!"

I laughed. Pretty loud. Luckily Daren sleeps like a... sedated
sloth... at the moment.
Please pray for Daren's recovery from knee surgery, my friend needs
Jesus.
